About the Role

Assistant Designer supports design work on workplace design projects as part of a team, acquiring practical skills through hands-on experience. This role offers opportunities to participate in global and foreign-affiliated corporate projects, engage in the strategy-to-design-to-implementation process, collaborate with APAC and global design teams, and gain practical experience within the integrated 'One JLL' service model.

Responsibilities

Support design tasks, including layout creation and drawing preparation.
Assist in creating presentation materials.
Conduct material selection and research.
Collaborate with project teams.
Assist with client and stakeholder interactions.
Provide various support for design tasks.
Collaborate with APAC and global design teams.
Utilize global standard tools and processes.
Enhance design and software skills.
Research trends, materials, and technologies.
Support business development efforts.
Assist in client relationship building.
Participate in proposal creation and presentations.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or equivalent knowledge.
Basic knowledge of design work.
Basic skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with SketchUp and Revit is preferred.
Internship or practical experience is preferred.
Interest in global or cross-cultural environments.
