About the Role
As a Team Lead in Account Management, you will be responsible for our Account Executives. This role offers a unique combination of people management, consulting, sales, project management, and creativity. You will challenge your team daily, focusing on regional performance indicators to achieve goals while also supporting individual team members' development.

Requirements

- Completed vocational training or a degree (Business Administration, Management, Nutritional Sciences, or similar).
- Goal-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Enjoy achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets with your team.
- Excellent organizational skills and online affinity.
- Proficient in reporting.
- Ideally, experience with Salesforce.
- Act as a role model with a hands-on mentality.
- Support colleagues and be a true team player.
- Fluent or native German and English language skills.
- Additional languages are a plus.
