About the Role
As a member of the administrative team, you will support the operational processes in the background, ensuring that organization and administration run smoothly. Your structured approach will contribute significantly to a well-functioning daily routine within the team.
Responsibilities
- Undertake administrative tasks, such as personnel administration, billing, and duty and vacation planning.
- Record and maintain data, and create and manage documents in coordination with specialist departments.
- Process incoming inquiries by phone and in writing, ensuring reliable forwarding.
- Assist with cash management, process invoices, and handle ordering.
- Create statistics and prepare relevant data in a clear format.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, etc.), or a comparable vocational training in the (public) administrative sector.
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience in a commercially or administratively oriented field.
- Proficient use of digital tools and MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Very good German language skills.
- Proof of measles vaccination according to the Infection Protection Act (IfSG).
- An extended certificate of good conduct without entries.
