About the Role
As a Store Operation Responsible, you will be co-responsible for increasing sales through customer service, teamwork, and adherence to store routines, working together to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize customers by greeting and welcoming them, actively assisting, advising, and supporting them to provide an excellent shopping experience while increasing sales.
- Engage customers and provide excellent customer service for inquiries regarding size, fit, materials, garment care, and styling options at the checkout, fitting rooms, and sales floor, being ready to rotate between these areas and departments.
- Stay informed about products, materials, sales activities, and product history to enrich the customer's shopping experience.
- Efficiently and accurately follow store operation routines and guidelines: goods receiving, goods handling, unpacking, folding and hanging, restocking, merchandising, product care, and checkout procedures.
- Support the management team with all store operations tasks (e.g., organizing the stockroom, stock flow, optimizing shelf space, RFID).
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals, sharing knowledge, skills, and information with colleagues.
- Participate in morning briefings and translate given information into actions that increase store sales.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout the day.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
- Support other store departments and the café when needed.
- Enhance the OMNI customer experience by utilizing the latest digital tools.
- Perform a key function by opening and closing the store when necessary.
