About the Role
Ally Fashion is seeking a Store Manager for its Parramatta store to cultivate a positive team environment, drive financial performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves training, daily operations, visual merchandising, and executing business strategies. Key focuses include enhancing the in-store experience, managing stock, maintaining visual appeal, and ensuring health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Drive store financial performance to meet budgets and targets.
- Provide effective training and daily in-store operational support.
- Manage visual merchandising and ensure clear execution of business strategies.
- Ensure consistent provision of expert customer service.
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist and train the team.
- Manage stock levels and maintain high visual merchandising appeal.
- Oversee health and safety within the store.
- Assist Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters.
- Manage stock and expense controls.
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent.
Requirements
- Be the leading ambassador of the brand, modeling Ally Fashion values.
- Have a genuine passion for mentoring others.
- Be flexible to work rotational weekends and late-night trade.
- Possess solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion).
- Be a high achiever in delivery of performance and sales.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- Be passionate about fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills.
- Be ambitious to accelerate career and take on new challenges.
- Hold a current Australian driver's license.
- Pass a satisfactory police check.
