About the Role

Seeking Administrative Assistants to join various legal teams in our Sydney office on an 18-month maximum term contract. You will be supported to develop your administration skills and advance your career in a global top-tier law environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality administrative support, managing competing priorities and requests.
  • Assist with matter management, time recording, and monthly invoicing.
  • Support business development activities, including organizing and managing client and team events.
  • Scan, print, or photocopy relevant documents as required.
  • Provide ad-hoc support such as dealing with incoming mail, expense management, booking meeting rooms, and amending documents.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration role or a supervisory role within customer service.
  • A can-do-attitude and passion for working collaboratively.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • A reliable and committed approach to your role.
