About the Role
Official Hosts serve as game facilitators and brand ambassadors, ensuring users have a positive game experience from arrival to departure. This role involves hosting games and assisting with ad hoc duties.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at games.
- Facilitate football games around Australia (Sydney).
- Ensure an outstanding game experience from start to finish.
- Be ready to step in and play to cover for any no-show players or Hosts.
- Report issues back to Operations Management.
Requirements
- Must have great people skills.
- Must have a FUN outgoing personality.
- Must have an understanding of and passion for football.
- Must possess excellent people and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
