About the Role
As the 2IC of our new Caringbah service, you’ll work alongside our Service Manager in a float leadership role, helping to guide the team, strengthen practice and set the tone from day one. This is a genuine opportunity to grow your career in a service where your impact will be seen and felt.

Requirements
- Must be committed to child safety, inclusion and respectful relationships with children and families
- Must consent to a criminal record check
- Must pass child safety screening, including Working with Children Checks and reference checks
