About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Salomon's new Bondi Junction store, you will be the face of the brand, creating an exceptional retail experience for customers and driving sales through outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Use exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find perfect products and drive sales.
- Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring responsive and engaging interactions with diligent follow-up.
- Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organized, and inviting for customers.
- Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, always ensuring excellence in product presentation.
- Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed.
Requirements
- Must have a background in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Natural curiosity, high energy, and positive outlook.
- Deep enthusiasm for the brand and products.
- Connection to the brand, across key categories of from the trail, road, hike or sportstyle.
- Talent for identifying customer needs and matching them with the perfect products.
- Knack for motivating and uplifting those around you, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic environment.
- Good availability across the week including over busy trade periods (Black Friday weekend and Christmas period).
- Good availability on the week of bump in for training and store set up (commencing 6th of July).
