About the Role
Spark is a program designed to recognize and support exceptional women, offering them opportunities to build interesting, challenging, and fulfilling careers in strategy consulting. It provides insights into the field and various engagement levels, from scholarships to workshops.
Responsibilities
- Provide a $20,000 cash prize, a paid internship, and mentorship to the scholarship winner.
- Offer paid internships and ongoing one-on-one mentoring to highly commended candidates.
- Invite 20 candidates to an engagement program featuring professional development and skill-building workshops.
- Invite participants to EY-Parthenon Strategy events, including seminars.
Requirements
- Submit an online application by 11:59 pm (AEST), Sunday, 26 July 2026.
- Provide CV including ATAR or other tertiary equivalent.
- Provide recent academic transcripts.
- Respond to application questions about role models, transformative experiences, and learning aspirations.
- Be a student in your penultimate or pre-penultimate year of an undergraduate or post-graduate program.
- Identify as a woman.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident currently residing in either country.
