About the Role
This role is responsible for achieving the annual budget for IDD products and maximizing sales by leveraging sales channels within the managed territory. It involves building strong relationships with key personnel at major clients such as testing centers, core hospitals, and corporations, and developing team strategies aligned with headquarters' priorities.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the annual budget (AOP) for IDD products.
- Maximize sales by leveraging sales channels in the managed territory.
- Build good relationships with key persons at major clients like testing centers, core hospitals, and corporations.
- Formulate team strategies in line with headquarters' priorities and set KPIs.
- Continuously propose ideas to accelerate the implementation of headquarters' priorities.
- Optimize member activity allocation in accordance with sales headquarters strategy.
- Accurately grasp market trends in the managed territory and formulate appropriate sales forecasts.
- Constantly grasp the situation in the managed territory, customer information, and competitor information, and provide timely feedback to headquarters.
- Build good communication with relevant departments within the business unit.
- Achieve synergistic effects with other business units within SDG.
- Formulate action plans to improve customer satisfaction, execute them with the team, and strive to improve CAS.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of sales experience in the medical industry (Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager). Experience in sales of in-vitro diagnostics or clinical laboratory equipment is preferred.
- Experience in planning and executing sales strategies (experience managing sales using Salesforce is preferred).
- More than 3 years of experience leading a sales organization (with multiple subordinates).
- Communication skills (ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders).
- English proficiency (communication via email).
- Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
