About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within Housing Services. You will lead a team delivering client-centred services, supporting vulnerable communities and driving strong operational outcomes. This recruitment will also create a talent pool for future Team Leader opportunities across Western and South West Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a client service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across housing and tenancy services.
- Manage team performance, support staff development, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic and operational priorities while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in complex service environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage performance, coach staff and drive team capability
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering results
- Current NSW driver’s licence

Salary/Compensations
- $129,464 to $142,665 plus superannuation and annual leave loading
