About the Role
The NSW Crown Solicitor's Office is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operations of the Records and Service Centre teams. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing compliant programs of work for life-cycle records management, digital recordkeeping practices, and digitization. Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of the Records and Service Centre teams.
- Implement compliant programs of work for life-cycle records management.
- Implement compliant digital recordkeeping practices.
- Implement compliant digitization programs.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing and supervising a small team within a high-volume records management environment.
- Understanding of the State Records Act (NSW), standards, and the code of best practice.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
- Highly organised with a talent for developing comprehensive plans that provide clear visibility into work activities, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Adept at managing high volumes of work while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and address complex records management challenges effectively.
- A natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and motivating your team.

Salary/Compensations
- $113,574 – $125,720 p.a. base salary. Superannuation and annual leave loading are paid in addition to the base salary
