About the Role

As Senior Client Executive in our Sydney office, you will support day-to-day client relationships, assisting with the delivery of media campaigns across various channels. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to develop and take ownership with a strong Director to learn from and a variety of channels to sharpen your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated media campaigns across multiple channels including Linear TV, Digital, Social, Outdoor, Audio and Radio.
  • Assist with the translation of client briefs into media strategies and recommendations, working with planning and investment teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, booking, optimisation, tracking and post-campaign reporting.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed KPIs and objectives.
  • Build strong working relationships with mid-level client stakeholders, becoming a trusted day-to-day contact for campaign queries and updates.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, creative agencies, media owners and internal specialists to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Confidently present Tier 2 responses to briefs, post analysis campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across budgets, timelines, reporting and campaign accuracy.
  • Use industry planning and buying tools to support cross-channel planning and delivery, ensuring data-led recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation to improve results across channels.
  • Support with campaign budgeting, forecasting and financial reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking of media investment.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and client invoicing processes where required.
  • Ensure all campaign activity aligns with client agreements and internal financial procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media planning and buying across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; comfortable working with numbers, forecasting, reporting, and media planning tools.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations with clarity.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive and solutions-focused, thriving in environments where you can take full ownership of a client patch while still drawing on collaborative support when needed.
