About the Role

Support the management of complete maintenance operations for the maintenance workshop and coordinate external maintenance service providers for the site.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of company strategies and targets defined by management.
• Maintain successful relationships between Valmet and the Customer.
• Manage team members' compliance with all HR and HSE initiatives.
• Oversee the ongoing development of assigned team members, ensuring competence and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance performance.
• Manage and coordinate site external maintenance service providers.
• Review service provider contractual service agreements.
• Maintain and develop workshop operational standards, including “5S”.
• Maintain & develop site equipment refurbishment standards and procedures.
• Ensure cost-effective utilization of spares and consumables.
• Manage assigned trades to improve utilization.
• Support management with the execution of maintenance shutdowns and outages.
• Participation in the On-Call System.
• Effectively manage assigned works utilizing the CMMS system (SAP).

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• An understanding and commitment to OH&S.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
