About the Role
Project Genesis seeks dedicated and reliable professionals to develop and teach workplace skills to individuals with disabilities. This role helps clients learn and keep jobs, increasing their confidence and fostering long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Assess job roles and functions against client needs and skill sets to ensure successful placement.
- Observe and evaluate client job skills, social interactions, and workplace behaviors.
- Identify workplace challenges and develop replicable solutions or teachable skill sets.
- Recommend adaptive tools or work environment adjustments.
- Provide hands-on vocational support by modeling and teaching job tasks.
- Develop and implement individualized training programs with learning materials, including multi-sensory options.
- Document client progress and share concerns with the Program Manager.
Requirements
- Willingness to take a training program (with Bachelor’s degree).
- At least 18 years old.
- Have a vehicle to transport clients.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proof of auto insurance.

Experience Level
- At least one (1) year of Human Services, Job Coaching, or Educating / Mentoring experience
Education Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Bachelor’s degree
Salary/Compensations
- $19-$22 per hour
