About the Role
American Bolt Corporation is seeking a dependable, customer-focused, and hands-on Route Driver (VMI Specialist). This full-time role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Load route vehicle with pre-picked orders
- Travel to customer locations and deliver essential products
- Stock and replenish inventory bins on-site
- Use scanning tools to track inventory and generate replenishment orders
- Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and anticipating demand
- Represent American Bolt with a positive, professional attitude
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable climbing step ladders while handling product
- 1+ year of delivery/route driving or customer service experience
