About the Role
We are seeking a strategic professional to drive enterprise-wide process improvements and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to analyze complex operations, identify high-impact opportunities, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue enablement within a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own delivery of large, complex, high-impact programs, ensuring alignment across teams and accountability for achieving defined business outcomes.
- Define and oversee execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, with end-to-end accountability for delivery, risk management, and achieving targeted objectives.
- Evaluate and implement process changes that improve operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive measurable efficiency gains across the organization.
- Identify integration opportunities and manage communication of program changes with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Develop business cases and executive presentations to secure alignment and approval for transformation initiatives.
- Analyze complex data sets to inform decisions, prioritize initiatives, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Drive alignment across business, technology, and customer-facing teams to enable successful implementation of initiatives.
- Guide and support cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7–10 years of experience in business transformation or a related role.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or digital platform transformations (including customer onboarding and Sales & Operational platforms modernization is highly valued).
- Expertise in process optimization, automation, and customer experience practices.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex problem-solving and deliver data-driven solutions with measurable results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Prior industry experience.
