About the Role

Bring structure, visibility, and scale to the commercial engine. Own the systems, data, and processes connecting Sales and Customer Success, ensuring timely information flow. Ideal for individuals who proactively fix broken processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, pipeline hygiene, workflow automation, and user adoption.
  • Design and maintain reporting and dashboards in Salesforce or Claude for real-time visibility into pipeline, forecast, and customer health.
  • Build and document processes between Sales and Customer Success, including handoffs, renewals, and expansion triggers.
  • Track and report on revenue KPIs: new logo ARR, NRR, GRR, expansion ARR, pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Surface actionable insights from data.
  • Support compensation plan tracking for Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to reduce friction through better tools, cleaner data, and fewer manual workarounds.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement to optimize team selling time.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards, ensuring clean data, managing workflows, and maintaining CRM health.
  • Comfort working with enterprise sales data, including long deal cycles, relationship-driven pipelines, and multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills to transform raw data into clear narratives.
  • Experience supporting compensation plan tracking or commission calculations (plus).
  • Familiarity with financial services or fintech (meaningful plus).

Experience Level

  • 3 to 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a B2B SaaS environment.

Salary/Compensations

  • $85,000 to $110,000 estimated base salary plus annual discretionary bonus.
