About the Role
We are looking for a new generation of future superstars to join our training to become a bus driver. We’ll train you to drive a London Bus, covering approximately 4-6 weeks of learning and licensing at our Battersea-based training depot, followed by local induction and route learning at your assigned depot.
Responsibilities
- Learn to drive a London Bus.
- Obtain a bus driver's license.
- Complete local induction and route learning at your assigned depot.
- Drive a bus on assigned routes.
- Ensure customer health and safety.
- Maintain vehicle condition.
Requirements
- Be 18 years old or over.
- Have a UK bank account and valid Right to Work documents.
- Possess a full UK driving licence (category B) with at least 6 months of UK driving experience.
- Have no more than six penalty points (contact us if you have a drink/drug related endorsement).
- Be computer literate.
- Be willing to learn with a positive attitude towards development and training.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Demonstrate a 'right first time' attitude.
- Be able to commute quickly to your depot at any time of day or night, ideally without using a car.

- £14.80 - £17.30 / hour
