About the Role
The New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) role offers a supportive and rewarding start to your nursing career as you transition from student to confident healthcare professional. Our 12-month Graduate Nurse Program is designed to nurture your growth in an acute care environment, providing opportunities to develop your clinical skills across specialised areas while being guided by experienced and compassionate mentors. Requirements
- Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), including meeting English language requirements.
- Australian Citizenship or valid working rights that permit full-time employment in Australia without regional restrictions.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 32 hours per week across a rotating roster.
- Completion of a Bachelor of Nursing within 12 months of the program commencement date.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a range of pre-employment checks and assessments.
