About the Role

The Program Manager implements programmatic services through coaching, professional learning facilitation, and collaboration with school and district leaders. This individual contributor role ensures effective delivery of programmatic goals, high-quality coaching, professional learning, and sustained impact on teacher and student learning. Success requires strong collaboration, organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to improving educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement programmatic services through coaching, professional learning facilitation, and collaboration with school and district leaders.
  • Engage in coaching cycles, including observations, modeling, co-teaching, data analysis, and feedback.
  • Design and facilitate high-quality professional learning content and resources based on research-based instructional practices.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships, support contract renewals, and contribute to business development.
  • Support Teaching Lab systems, tools, and processes for scaling partnerships, monitoring impact, and ensuring effective implementation.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and experience with College- and Career-Ready math or ELA content and practice standards.
  • Experience designing impactful professional learning for educators.
  • Experience facilitating impactful professional learning or coaching for educators.
  • Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in an education context.
  • Experience teaching or coaching at least one of the following curricula: Illustrative Math, Amplify Desmos Math.
  • Deep understanding of the specified curriculum, including its design and component parts.
  • Experience providing professional learning support and services in and for consultative organizations.

Skills

  • Teacher Coaching: Improving student outcomes through coaching inquiry cycles.
  • Instructional Design: Designing and facilitating effective professional learning for adults.
  • Instructional Expertise: Deep knowledge of K-5 Math, grade-level instruction, inclusive practices, and high-quality instructional materials.
  • Commitment to growth mindset for adults and students.
  • Ability to design and deliver high-quality, evidence-based professional learning.
  • Compelling communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and tight timelines.

Experience Level

  • 5+ years combined experience in K-5 education, including 2+ years teaching K-5 students from traditionally underserved backgrounds with demonstrated impact.
  • 2+ years combined experience working with external partners to manage workflow or deliver services.
  • 2+ years combined experience planning and implementing projects.
  • 2+ years combined experience leading or coaching HQIM implementation.

Education Level

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced degree (Preferred)

Salary/Compensations

  • $80,000 - $121,007 annually (Full Salary Range)
  • $80,000 - $105,529 annually (Anticipated Hiring Range)
