About the Role

This foundational GTM Enablement role scales Tavily’s go-to-market organization. The position involves partnering with GTM leadership to enhance rep productivity, ensure sales process consistency, accelerate onboarding and ramp time, and improve communication of business value in complex AI sales cycles. This cross-functional role collaborates with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to enable sellers as the product, positioning, and competitive landscape evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Build and reinforce Tavily’s sales process, qualification rigor, and enablement frameworks as the company scales
  • Design and run onboarding programs for new hires, including live training and ongoing skills development
  • Lead product and competitive enablement initiatives to keep reps current on positioning and differentiation
  • Develop enablement programs focused on business value selling, discovery, qualification, and enterprise sales execution
  • Create and maintain GTM collateral including battlecards, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and launch materials
  • Identify productivity gaps and implement enablement initiatives to improve ramp time and sales execution
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve field readiness and support new product launches

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles
  • Experience supporting technical or complex SaaS products
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Command of the Message
  • Experience building and scaling onboarding or enablement programs from inception
  • Strong understanding of qualification, discovery, business value selling, and enterprise sales execution
  • Experience improving sales execution, qualification rigor, and rep productivity across GTM teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
