About the Role

This role is for a compassionate, creative, and collaborative Teacher in an innovative school environment that celebrates curiosity and values each child's voice. Terra San Francisco School offers a pioneering Preschool–8th grade program with multilingual (Spanish and Mandarin) immersion, nature-based learning, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. Responsibilities

Embody and uphold the school’s mission and core values.
Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with grade-level benchmarks.
Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment supporting academic and social-emotional growth.
Collaborate closely with co-teachers, specialists, and administrators.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and colleagues.
Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and reflection practices.

Experience in differentiated instruction, phonics, and performance-based assessments (preferred).
