About the Role

Promote brand awareness, drive sales through up-selling, and manage customer interactions to schedule preview package sales and tours. This role involves communicating sales details, overcoming objections, and ensuring potential clients meet eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Communicate with potential owners/customers via telephone to set up preview package sales/day tours.
  • Explain details and requirements for attending a sales presentation and verify eligibility.
  • Overcome potential owner/customer objections with a polite and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
  • Check accommodation and date availability, offering alternatives if needed.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities/services.
  • Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues.
  • Manage time effectively to attend daily team meetings and training sessions.
  • Manage all sales process collaterals.
  • Ensure telesales consultants update the system with contact information.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain personal appearance, confidentiality, and guest/coworker privacy and security.
  • Speak clearly and professionally, prepare and review documents accurately, and answer telephones with proper etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and learn from feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
  • Conduct outbound/inbound calls to set up preview package sales/day tours to achieve targets.
  • Establish roster scheduling.
  • Establish accurate reports of call center performance.
  • Assist in training hourly employees on daily tasks and job aspects.
  • Provide call monitoring and feedback for performance improvement.
  • Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements.
  • Assist the team to meet business requirements to agreed standards.
  • Oversee all packages sold and bookings to ensure quality.
  • Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
  • Follow company and department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure agreed customer service standards are consistently met.
  • Discuss work topics discreetly and quietly.
  • Exchange information with coworkers using electronic devices.
  • Speak to guests and coworkers using clear, appropriate, and professional language.
  • Provide assistance to coworkers, ensuring they understand their tasks.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships.
  • Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect.
  • Handle sensitive issues with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Partner with and assist others to promote teamwork and achieve common goals.
  • Actively listen to and consider the concerns of other employees.
  • Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Improve sales presentation approach through self-critique, practice, and feedback.
  • Participate in formal training sessions.
  • Maintain awareness of current events and location information for customer relationship building.
  • Understand and abide by state and federal regulations regarding sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Secondary school certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in this industry.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer word processing with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and be a self-starter.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Must be able to handle a flexible work schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Experience in high volume, fast-paced, results-oriented business environments.
  • Must be able to handle a flexible work schedule which will include weekends, holidays and evenings.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
