About the Role

Join a growing QA team to ensure high-quality, reliable features across a B2B2C SaaS platform. This role directly impacts user experience and builds a scalable QA foundation through both manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute manual test cases across web, mobile web, and APIs.
• Build and maintain automated tests using modern testing frameworks.
• Provide root cause analysis and technical customer support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering pods to understand requirements, build test plans, and execute tests.
• Conduct end-to-end, regression, sanity, performance, and API testing.
• Report, track, and verify bugs using Jira.
• Participate in test planning, sprint reviews, and release readiness efforts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and testing efficiency.
• Experiment with new tools, including AI-based QA tools, to increase velocity and reliability.
• Deliver a bug-free experience to end users as part of a cross-functional squad.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a QA or software testing role.
• 1+ years experience in automation test writing and execution.
• Manual testing methodologies and documentation best practices.
• Experience writing or maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Exposure to REST API testing (e.g., Postman).
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD environments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and efficiency in the testing lifecycle.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate testing.
• Familiarity with database querying and SQL for test validation.
• Exposure to Vitest.
• Experience in a SaaS or B2B2C product environment.
