IDP Partnerships is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the development of insights that shape strategy, elevate client solutions, and drive measurable impact across our global business. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to inform decision-making and enhance our services.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, build, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards for internal teams and client-facing products.
- Lead SQL-based data modelling to Tableau and uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with developers to scope, brief, and sign off pipeline changes, ensuring accuracy and reliability across all reporting assets.
- Champion the shift to ELT-first practices, creating reusable views and automated procedures.
- Partner with global teams in London, Chennai, and beyond to raise data literacy and reporting standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a data analyst role, working with large datasets.
- Advanced SQL for data modelling and reporting.
- Advanced Tableau (or equivalent BI tool) for dashboard development.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
- Confident briefing and collaborating with data engineers on pipeline changes.
