About the Role

As part of our team, you will ensure our guests have a wonderful stay. In addition to serving guests at the bar and in the One Lounge, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient service, assisting with bar service organization, advising guests and actively selling the Motel One Lounge offerings to achieve revenue targets, supporting inventory orders, and gaining cross-departmental insights through collaboration in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth and efficient service operations
• Assisting with the organization of bar service and establishing necessary standards and procedures in coordination with department management
• Advising guests and actively selling the Motel One Lounge offerings to achieve revenue targets
• Supporting the ordering of food, beverages, and spirits for the bar area and conducting month-end inventories
• Gaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in multicultural teams

Requirements

• Training as a hotel specialist or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry, or interest in a career change
• Open and communicative demeanor
• Hospitality skills and passion for the hotel industry
• Flexibility, creativity, and a high quality awareness, even in stressful situations
• Teamwork and willingness to support across departments
