About the Role
As a Learning and Development Specialist for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen, you will lead training sessions to help teammates reach their full potential, working closely with the training and coaching departments on ongoing training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Review best practice scenarios with teammates to test business knowledge.
- Lead group role plays focused on specific scripting areas for improvement.
- Listen to recorded calls with teammates and provide feedback.
- Assist with initial training role plays as needed.
- Review calls from other departments for quality control and training opportunities.
- Train teammates on handling incoming calls from Traditional media sources.
- Identify missed opportunities using company software.
- Conduct seasonal trainings.
- Gather and send data to other departments.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience managing a team preferred.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented.
- Nurturing and professional attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to demonstrate verbatim knowledge of scripting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong note-taking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver positive and honest feedback based on performance.
- Ability to organize and prioritize according to organizational needs.
