About the Role

Manage Estates Building Fabric Operatives to ensure planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed to service levels. Provide planning support for maintenance tasks and emergencies, acting as the point of contact for operatives to ensure compliance with work orders and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Complete planned and reactive works as directed by the Estates Manager.
  • Act as an effective team leader within the estates operatives team.
  • Provide a mobile, efficient, and professional service meeting client requirements.
  • Perform Carpentry (Door and Frame Replacement).
  • Perform Vinyl Welding.
  • Perform Ceramic Tiling.
  • Perform Plastering.
  • Perform Painting & Decorating.
  • Perform Plumbing.
  • Perform Groundworks.
  • Perform Pest Identification.
  • Perform Civils (Car Park Surface repairs, ACO drains, Manholes).
  • Perform Basic building fabric maintenance.

Requirements

  • Full Valid UK driver’s licence.
  • Experience of working within a customer-facing, time-pressured environment.
  • IT literate.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally and competently.
  • Ability to develop relationships.

Salary/Compensations

  • £40,000 to £43,000 per annum
  • Door to door pay
  • Additional earnings available through overtime
  • 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
