About the Role
This paid advisory position involves partnering with a leading Big 4 consulting firm on an engagement focused on how employers assess and make decisions when contracting with employee wellbeing benefit vendors, specifically for caregivers of dependents with special needs. You will share your perspective and experience to inform the firm's research, speaking to different employer archetypes based on industry, size, workforce homogeneity, and level of investment in wellbeing benefits. The engagement is short-term and flexible around your schedule.
Responsibilities
- Share perspective and experience to inform the firm's research
- Speak to different archetypes of employers (industry, size, workforce homogeneity, level of investment in wellbeing benefits, and similar factors)
Requirements
- Advised or supported employers on wellbeing benefits vendor selection, administration, strategy, navigation, and communication
- Experience advising or supporting employers on wellbeing benefits vendor selection, administration, strategy, navigation, or communication at large employers (5,000+ employees) or mid-sized employers (1,000 to 5,000 employees)
- Recent experience at companies such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon (preferred)
