Responsibilities
- Operate autonomous vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws
- Collect critical data on vehicle performance and environmental conditions
- Monitor autonomous driving systems during real-world testing
- Remain alert and prepared to respond to unexpected driving situations
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and readiness checks
- Complete detailed reports to support ongoing technology development
- Collaborate with engineers, operations leaders, and riders by providing feedback and observations
- Help ensure the safety of all road users during testing operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years holding a valid U.S. driver's license
- Clean driving record with no DUI, drug-related, or alcohol-related offenses within the past 5 years
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Ability to remain focused and distraction-free for extended periods
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and on different road types
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and control technologies
- Experience working with autonomous vehicles
- Defensive driving training or safe-driving certifications
- Motorsport or advanced driving experience
