About the Role

Join a leading autonomous ride-hailing company as a Vehicle Operator to support the testing and operation of cutting-edge self-driving vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor vehicles for 4–8 hours per shift
• Support vehicle testing and daily operations
• Perform basic software and technology-related tasks
• Document observations and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams
• Conduct vehicle readiness inspections and preventative maintenance checks
• Assist with vehicle logistics, storage, and transportation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and workspaces
• Complete operational reports and documentation accurately

Requirements

• Excellent driving record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting basic issues
• Ability to remain focused and attentive during extended driving periods
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience (Preferred)
• Military experience (Preferred)
• Previous experience in operations, transportation, testing, or logistics (Preferred)
