About the Role

This dual-expertise role supports a luxury beauty brand's store design team, focusing on design execution and rigorous project management. It involves driving end-to-end delivery of multi-stream creative and design programs, technical development, and quality oversight of store projects. The role requires producing high-quality AutoCAD and Sketchup documentation, managing millwork quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align creative vision with execution reality. Expertise in optimizing workflows and managing vendor ecosystems is also key.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multi-stream projects across multiple brands, managing timelines, milestones, and quality from design to completion.
  • Maintain a consolidated, current view of the store design portfolio across brands for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across design teams, brand managers, vendors, and senior stakeholders for large-scale initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional partners including brand teams, finance, vendors, and retailers.
  • Support the creation and delivery of high-impact presentation documents, program recaps, and executive status updates.
  • Lead the technical phase of retail design projects from design development to final execution, ensuring design and construction milestones are met.
  • Produce and update detailed technical sets using AutoCAD, including fixture drawings, electrical/power plans, and floor/wall tiling layouts compliant with brand and landlord requirements.
  • Review and annotate millwork shop drawings, ensuring precision in structural details, material specifications, and technical integration.
  • Partner with design leads to preserve creative intent throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to in-store execution.
  • Bridge the gap between design ambition and operational feasibility, aligning creative output with strategic goals.
  • Leverage proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD for design deliverables and vendor documentation.
  • Develop vendor relationships across projects.
  • Be solution-oriented and pro-active.
  • Be detail oriented.

Requirements
