About the Role

Project Manager, FSA ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation united by a mission to bring new medicines and treatments to patients faster. This role is focused on driving and accelerating the activation or maintenance activities of global investigative sites in line with contractual timelines, within budgeted resources, with quality output, and exceeding sponsor expectations.

Responsibilities

Oversee site activation milestones managed by Site Specialists/Site Contract Negotiators after site selection with PM and CTM.
Manage and lead all aspects of the activation phase, including budget, resources, and Site Activation plan creation and management, to ensure successful Site Activation within schedule.
Lead Site Activation activities, not line management.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, as well as sponsor teams and stakeholders as needed, to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
Act as the FSA representative during audits and inspections.
Participate in Business Development opportunities to support the growth of the assigned portfolio, function, and/or region/country(ies).
Drive assigned studies to meet KPIs and delight customers and sites.
Act as the customer point of contact for assigned studies, resolving study issues and driving exceptional customer delivery.
Perform activities in compliance with applicable corporate and departmental policies, standard operating procedures, and operating guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
