About the Role
This role involves leading Schneider Electric’s most strategic global partnerships, including the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and presence at CES. It offers a unique opportunity to lead high-profile sponsorships, engage with senior executives, and influence the company's global presence. The position also supports key global sponsorship assets like the Paris Marathon and McLaren Racing Partnership, and contributes to the global sponsorship strategy aligned with the company's new brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead Schneider Electric’s global sponsorship and partnership workstream with CTA, leveraging member benefits.
- Orchestrate Schneider Electric’s end-to-end strategy for CES, including presence, messaging, C-suite engagement, partner collaboration, customer experiences, PR amplification, and post-event measurement.
- Partner with CTA to identify year-round opportunities across various forums to position Schneider Electric as a leader.
- Ensure CES participation advances the company’s technology leadership narrative.
- Support the global activation of the Paris Marathon sponsorship.
- Partner with brand, campaigns, and customer teams to amplify the McLaren Racing partnership.
- Help shape an enterprise-wide sponsorship strategy aligned with Schneider Electric’s new brand positioning.
- Collaborate with Brand, Experience Marketing, Corporate Communications, Storytelling, Global Creative Studios, and BU/Operations Marketing.
- Engage with Government Affairs, PR, Sustainability, and Commercial teams.
- Manage budgets and investment frameworks across CTA and CES.
- Ensure all related sponsorship and partnership activities meet governance, compliance, and brand standards.
- Track, analyse, and report on ROI across awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, executive participation, and content amplification.
Requirements
- Experience in global sponsorship strategy, partner management, and co-marketing activation.
- Expertise in large-scale executive event strategy (e.g., global forums, innovation events, trade shows).
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment across complex organizational structures.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to translate brand positioning into impactful sponsorship narratives.
- Strong financial and operational discipline, including governance and ROI measurement.
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
- Highly proactive, relationship-driven, and skilled at managing simultaneous global priorities.
