About the Role

Lead strategic growth in the dealer channel by cultivating relationships, supporting Account Executives and Leadership in process execution, and driving profitability for dealerships and iA American. This role acts as a critical liaison between internal teams and external dealer partners, ensuring alignment, engagement, and long-term success. It offers an opportunity to showcase leadership and grow within a caring, collaborative, and innovative company that prioritizes people and development.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key dealership stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation and strategic guidance for national and high-value dealer partners.
  • Conduct regular dealership visits to assess performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnership engagement.
  • Oversee the rollout and adoption of standardized processes, procedures, and best practices with Account Executives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and leadership to Account Executives for consistent execution across dealer partnerships.
  • Monitor performance metrics and operational compliance for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to increase penetration, product performance, and overall profitability for dealerships and iA.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including new product offerings, cross-sell, training needs, and operational enhancements.
  • Use data insights and performance analytics to guide decision-making, recommend action plans, and focus on increased product sales and reducing non-iA product split-shelfing.
  • Partner with internal teams (Operations, Product, Training, Marketing, Leadership) to support dealer initiatives and resolve issues.
  • Communicate dealer needs and market trends to internal stakeholders to influence strategy and product innovation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to Account Executives.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, strong communication, and deep understanding of dealership operations.
  • Help shape national development strategies and contribute to organizational growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven strategic planning and business analytics skills.
  • Executive presence and experience facilitating business presentations.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive finance and insurance experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Unable to support or take over sponsorship of employment visas (including H-1B visas and STEM OPT work authorizations).
