  • Assess enterprise technology environments, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development practices in the context of the transaction thesis.
  • Evaluate how AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies support commercial strategy, product roadmap, and growth ambitions.
  • Translate technical findings into commercial, financial, and investment insights that directly inform client decision-making.
  • For fintech and software platform targets, evaluate product architecture, data assets, and platform scalability alongside commercial product value.
  • Assess IT synergy opportunities and identify key IT integration considerations for engagements involving integration.
  • Assess standalone operating model impacts on IT and evaluate related standalone cost adjustments for IT expenditure for engagements involving carve-outs.
  • Support client account development through excellence in delivery.
  • Take lead on client communications, including engagement updates and responding to requests.
  • Structure and present conclusions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and knowledge sharing.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years to 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong track record of delivering technology-focused due diligence within financial services.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience on technology due diligence engagements.
  • Demonstrable depth in emerging technology (e.g., AI, GenAI, data platforms), combined with the ability to connect technical findings to commercial strategy, product competitiveness, and investment outcomes.
