About the Role

Responsible for delivering the sales performance for Patients Support Systems (PSS) across each territory. Actively collaborate with the PSS distributor sales team to maximize distributor sales performance. Take a proactive approach to maximize corporate value in pediatrics and ophthalmology.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales revenue and profitability targets for the PSS business.
  • Partner with the distributor manager and marketing manager to develop and execute PSS business strategies and plans, driving sales initiatives for core products to achieve business objectives.
  • Create territory‑specific strategies and action plans with the PSS distributor.
  • Understand the department sales strategy and ensure effective territory coverage is implemented.
  • Work with marketing to build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Provide required reports (weekly updates, monthly revenue projections, etc.) to the PSS sales leader.
  • Utilize SFDC effectively.
  • Provide marketplace feedback, monitor competitive activity in the field, and report back to the sales leader and marketing team.
  • Negotiate pricing within defined schedules and guidelines as required.
  • Resolve issues related to product performance and configuration, reporting to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local requirements and specifications.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Solid years of sales experience, ideally within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SFDC) and data‑driven sales reporting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholders and KOLs.
