About the Role

We are looking for a seasonal Operations Supervisor to join our team! This is a hybrid leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple departments including Front Desk, Beach/Pool, Housekeeping, and Bar. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support staff across Front Desk, Beach/Pool, Housekeeping, and Bar departments
Ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all areas of the property
Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and daily briefings
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Communicate effectively with ownership and management regarding daily operations
Step in and assist in any department as needed

Requirements

Prior supervisory or management experience in hospitality preferred
Experience in a hotel, resort, or beach club setting preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Must be available weekends and holidays throughout the summer season
