About the Role

Provide technical, educational, and sales support for Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) business units, with a focus on CathWorks FFRangio. This role involves being the primary customer contact for CRDN daily operations at assigned accounts, contributing to healthcare access and equity through mission-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support for CRDN business units and assist with sales strategy implementation.
  • Support the regional CRDN sales strategy to achieve business plans.
  • Represent Medtronic during procedures and product implants, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance.
  • Receive and research technical inquiries by telephone.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on product technical matters through one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, and seminars.
  • Assist in educating and training new Clinical Specialists and sales representatives.
  • Provide training and resources for hospital staff to conduct their own training.
  • Complete necessary documentation and customer service calls during/following cases.
  • Update sales representatives on cases and notify them of follow-up issues.
  • Serve as an effective Medtronic representative to physicians and support staff.
  • Maintain current knowledge of CRDN, Medtronic programs, products, services, and competitive products.
  • Maintain open, effective communication with district personnel, customers, and other Medtronic employees.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and 11 years clinical or sales experience in healthcare OR Associate Degree and 9 years of clinical or sales experience in healthcare OR Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of clinical or sales experience in healthcare.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within regions.
  • Reside within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
  • Continuous verbal and written communication.
  • Frequent 2-handed lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Sitting, standing, and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day.
  • Environmental exposures including eye protection, infectious disease, and radiation.
  • Ability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods in the O.R.
  • Frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Ability to effectively use a mobile phone, PC, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Frequent bending/stooping, squatting, and balance.
  • Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the U.S., a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
