About the Role
Team Global Express is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, design bespoke solutions, and oversee their implementation within the courier and transport sector.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth with courier and transport clients
- Design and implement tailored solutions across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and contract logistics
- Lead tender responses and large-scale proposals
- Manage implementation from solution design to operational rollout
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Requirements
- Track record in major account management and solution design
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Confident presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented, resilient, and adaptable
- Experience in a Metropolitan courier and truck supplier selling or servicing customers with fast-paced and dynamic requirements is highly regarded
