About the Role
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a New York-based team comprising two or three senior executives and investment professionals. As a key resource known for reliability and discretion, the Senior Administrative Assistant plays a key role, managing complex agendas, organizing executive travel and coordinating governance activities. They also leverage operational continuity by providing backup capacity as part of a team of five administrative support professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including two or three executives and the Director, Global Operations, Americas.
- Manage highly complex and constantly changing agendas across multiple time zones, prioritizing tasks and optimizing the sequencing of activities.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, complex committees and governance bodies involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts independently, demonstrating good judgment and discretion.
- Coordinate recurring cycles for management and for committee members, ensuring that the cycles are properly prepared and run.
- Organize complex business travel, both domestic and international, including multi-leg itineraries and frequent last-minute adjustments.
- Ensure continuity of service during absences and peak periods.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience working with Concur or any other expense and travel management tool (an asset)
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written (an asset)
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
