About the Role

The Adobe Sales Academy is a world-class accelerated sales program designed to develop top sales talent from Business Development Representative (BDR) to Enterprise Field Account Executive (AE). This multi-phase program, available in multiple North American locations, focuses on growth, development, and success, aiming to cultivate the next generation of sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture inbound leads through the buyer journey.
  • Uncover qualified opportunities for Field Account Executives.
  • Penetrate target markets.
  • Engage CXOs and senior-level executives.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads, webinars, and events.
  • Generate and nurture high-quality inbound leads.
  • Manage aspects of Adobe product solutions, including Experience, Creative, and Document Clouds.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with partners for opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation targets.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships aligned with company values and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent, with expected graduation December 2025 – June 2026.
  • Consistent over-achievement in previous roles.
  • Understanding of basic sales methodologies.
  • Experience owning a quota or performance-based delivery (a plus).
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting business messages.
  • Strong attention to detail, active listening, and organizational skills.

  • $63,800 - $105,925 annually (U.S.)
  • $73,200 - $105,925 (California)
  • $73,200 - $105,925 (New York)
  • Total Target Compensation (TTC = base + commission) for sales roles.
