About the Role

Join Medtronic as an EP Mapping Specialist to transform lives through advanced medical technology. This role involves collaborating with clinicians, engineers, and physicians to execute solutions for cardiac and electrophysiological systems, blending technical expertise with a passion for improving patient outcomes and impacting global healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical support and training on EP mapping and navigation systems and all CAS products.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters related to CAS products and procedures.
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
  • Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals for all CAS products.
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships to generate incremental business.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
  • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams.
  • Represent Medtronic CAS to physicians and support staff regarding products, service, and support.
  • Serve as a regional champion to promote proficiency in mapping technology.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
  • Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
  • Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
  • Ability to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory, with potential overnight travel.
  • Ability to travel outside of assigned territory, potentially overnight.
  • Ability to freely move throughout facilities, use a phone, keyboard, mouse, and interact with personal computers.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day.
  • Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
  • Reside within the assigned territory daily for unscheduled needs.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level).
  • Compliance with all credentialing requirements at hospitals or clinics.

Experience Level

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales (preferred).

Salary/Compensations

  • $120,000 - $125,000 (Base salary range for U.S. excluding Puerto Rico and specific California locations)
