About the Role
As a Resource Manager, you will lead high-volume contingent recruitment across Australia and the APAC region. You will act as a strategic consultant, collaborating with global sales and operational teams to deliver fast-paced resourcing initiatives while identifying and overcoming business hurdles.
Responsibilities
- Drive creative solutions for client engagements as a fulfillment consultant.
- Identify internal and external business hurdles and develop strategic roadmaps to overcome them.
- Educate internal account teams and clients on resourcing best practices.
- Negotiate fulfillment options with account teams, partners, and customers.
- Qualify business opportunities to determine viability.
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with the partner community.
- Manage partner communications regarding projects, business status, and candidate updates.
- Source candidates across multiple departments and skill levels, from entry to director.
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels to meet business SLAs.
- Evaluate candidate skills, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruiting status updates.
- Manage the full candidate experience, including scheduling, feedback, and pre-employment processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-volume full-lifecycle recruiting, preferably in staffing or contingent labor.
- Experience managing stakeholders, customers, and business leaders in Australia and APAC.
- Extensive resourcing experience in IT technical fields such as Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Security.
- Experience with recruitment databases, CRM tools, Excel, and HRIS.
- Consulting experience leading major staffing initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
