About the Role
The Investment Associate will work directly alongside an Industry Analyst in an industry-focused team responsible for evaluating investments in companies globally.
Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and perform due diligence on potential investments
- Monitor portfolio investments, competitors, and industry developments
- Build and maintain financial and valuation models
- Engage with company management teams, industry experts, and sell-side analysts
- Create investment-related presentation materials
Requirements
- High levels of academic and professional achievement and leadership ability
- One to two years of related work experience or undergraduate experience demonstrating exceptional potential
- B.A. or B.S. degree with an excellent academic record
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and value investing
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modeling experience
- Initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Adhere to the Firm’s security policies and Code of Ethics

Salary/Compensations
- Base salary: $155k - $180k
