About the Role
Guide the maintenance team in maintaining property integrity.
Responsibilities
- Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff.
- Perform property inspections and address maintenance needs.
- Follow up on service requests.
- Complete work orders based on priority.
- Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process.
- Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
- Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
- EPA HVAC certified.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Customer service skills.
Education Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College degree is a plus.
Salary/Compensations
- $22-$25 per hour
