About the Role
This role supports Financial Advisors by managing day-to-day operations, enhancing customer service, and preparing client paperwork and transactions. It offers a career path towards opportunities requiring industry licenses.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between registered representatives and their clients.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for client meetings.
- Aid registered representatives in preparing client illustrations, graphs, charts, and reports.
- Prepare and complete client paperwork and follow up tasks.
- Engage with clients via phone, virtual visits, and in-person to meet service needs.
- Organize client events and follow-up tasks.
- Maintain client records and retention management according to corporate requirements.
- Conduct proactive outreach for time-sensitive activities like RMDs and client reviews.
- Own inquiries and requests, collaborating with internal departments for timely service delivery.
- Educate clients on account services, capabilities, and new technology.
- Complete required corporate training on new technologies and follow implementation guidelines.
- Maintain compliance guidelines and client communication notes in AdviceWorks/SmartWorks and Redtail.
- Collaborate with Advisors through weekly meetings to support business plans, tasks, marketing, and communication expectations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new programs
