About the Role
This role is for a Property Manager who thrives in a structured, policy-focused environment with high expectations and strong support. Weinstein Properties is an operations-driven company, providing hands-on support, clear processes, and direct guidance. Property Managers are expected to take ownership of their communities, collaborating closely with corporate support teams to drive performance and maintain excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated resident concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams, delegating tasks and providing mentorship.
- Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage property projects and uphold community standards.
- Oversee daily operations including leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and key performance metrics.
- Manage high volumes of resident and corporate requests, balancing multiple priorities professionally.
Requirements
- Prior property management experience required.
- Experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred.
